Return & Refund Policy
1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Photos might be requested of products before return.
2. Eligible Items (unused), bags, accessories (tags attached), and apparel (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).
3. Non-Returnable Items: Grip tape, overgrips, consumables, sale items, and any items showing signs of use or wear.
How to Return
1. Email us at support@thepadelvault.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
2. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
1. We offer exchanges for sizing issues on apparel. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange.
2. For Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
